About This Project

  • Primary front-end developer on the team at Giftibly.
  • Worked in a Ruby on Rails MVC framework.
  • Worked with our back-end developers and used and extensive amount of AJAX, to make updating, editing, and deleting social content as fluid as possible from a UI perspective.
  • Assisted with most of the visual designs for the website and styled the majority of content using SASS.
  • Added hundreds of both jQuery and CSS animations to allow the site to look as clean and fluid as possible.
  • Created Chrome, Firefox, and Safari web extensions that grab and parse needed info from other sites and AJAX them through our API with jQuery.
  • Optimized Code and Dynamic Images for quick load times.
